Split peanut blanching applies to peanut blanching line, peanut chopping line, peanut butter line and peanut slice line. This kind of nut blancher can adjust the gap of rubber belts, in order to satisfy different processing purpose, bitter germs will be removed by vibrating sifter after the blanching chamber.
Split peanut blancher contains bucket elevator, blanching machine and air cyclone, it is an entire complete system to finish the blanching job. It can be designed to two type, a. full stainless steel, b. contacting parts stainless steel and painting carbon frame
