※Working Principle

In the automatic coating machine, the base feed hopper with pneumatically controlled slide gate delivers the product to the PLC controlled weighing scale. Accurately metered batches of base are fed into the coating chamber, which rotates to deliver the base to the coating chamber wall.
The solution is fed into the high-speed rotating disc liquid applicator by a positive displacement pump, and the powder is
delivered in an alternating cycle by a one-way distributor. The cycle time of the dry material distributor depends on the product type and the amount of ingredients added.Precise control of batch size and delivery of liquid and powder maintains the consistency of the final coated product.
