This continuous nut roaster is designed to roast dried fruits and
nuts, particularly peanuts, hazelnuts, almonds, pistachios,
cashews, sweet potatoes, and other foods.
The roaster is divided into three distinct sections: the feeding
section, the roasting section, and the cooling section. By
increasing or decreasing the roasting section, production capacity
can be adjusted. The heating unit operates on gaseous fuels, such
as natural gas or liquefied petroleum gas. The roaster is equipped
with a PLC control panel, allowing for quick and easy adjustment of
various processing parameters. The switchboard is equipped with a
system for recording various processing parameters. These
parameters are readily visible, allowing for inspection and
evaluation of roasting performance throughout the entire process.
