Nuts Roasting Machine Introduction
This Continuous Nut Roasting Machine is designed to meet the
various needs of roasting all types of dried fruits and nuts. Its
stainless steel construction, compliant with hygiene standards,
allows it to handle both dry and wet/salted ingredients. The
machine is divided into three zones: a feeding zone, a roasting
zone, and a cooling zone. The number of roasting zones can be
adjusted to control the machine's production capacity. The heating
system uses natural gas or LPG, and is equipped with safety
protection devices to ensure safe operation. The entire system
utilizes a PLC control panel, allowing for quick and easy
adjustment of various process parameters, making it very
user-friendly even for inexperienced operators.
